Water Eaton is a unique site, which has a close relationship with Oxford and Kidlington.
Huge benefits can be delivered through a well-considered scheme and a coordinated approach to placemaking, landscape and sustainability. From an early stage in the project development process Christ Church has been committed to the benefits of early engagement with the community and stakeholders. Bellway Homes acquired the site in September 2022 and retains this commitment.
